8. There was a story of a particular saint that I heard. She saw that the soul of someone she was fond of had gone to Hell. She cried and prayed to God that He might change his mind and allow this particular soul be brought into Heaven. God relented and he sent an angel who carried this soul directly into Heaven. When this particular soul arrived in Heaven, it began to cry and scream more than it had in Hell. It said that the beauty and glory of Heaven was more than a thousand times more painful to it than the fires of Hell. It begged God in His mercy to bring it back into Hell. And so it happened.

17. I understand the issue a little better now, but why couldn’t Jesus kill whatever was causing humans to sin in the first place? Why couldn’t god kill Satan so he doesn’t tempt Eve?

    Brothers, forgiveness is for those who are to be forgiven and rightly shall that be. For truly brother, God Almighty forgives only those who seek earnestly for Him in faith and truthfulness. Those who have fallen they call to God Most High that they might stand up once more against sinfulness and profess that Our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ has died for us and has risen for us that we shall take up our crosses and go after Him. Beloved, confess your sins to The LORD our God that He shall forgive you and that you shall prove yourself among those worthy of the forgiveness of sin.

26. So this just changes the question into: "why didn't God just replace our fallen nature that causes us to sin with a perfect nature by just speaking this change into existence?" In other words, why was it necessary for The Second Person of The Trinity to take a human body, to suffer, die and resurrect in order to the change in the human nature to happen? If He could speak the world into existence, why couldn't He also speak our transformation from fallen to perfected beings into existence?

28. From the standpoint of God, redemption is not necessary; everyone is already forgiven from on high.

    Jesus' teachings on forgiveness is about forgiving ourselves and others, so that we can move on and not remain stuck in a pain of the past.

    Jesus did not come to redeem humanity from Satan, that would required Jesus to annihilate Satan; who is perfectly designed to do what he does.

    Even if Satan could be annihilated, Jesus would not annihilate what God created.

    Jesus came to teach humanity how to free themselves, to teach humanity how to conquer Satan and return to Love.

    Satan, through the voice in our head, tempts us to go against our divine nature; to go against Love.

    Satan, through the voice in our head, tempts us to act selfishly and short-sightedly to do what is in his self-interest; rather than what is best for the whole to which we are intimately and inextricably connected.

    When we go against the whole and harm others, we also harm ourselves.

    Sin is like hitting ourselves, because we also suffer when we cause others to suffer.

    This is one of humanity's primary lessons. Which is why: do unto others as you would have them do unto you, work so well as a guideline.

29. that is true.but is so much more. when a man sins he turns himself into a slave of the demons. And while they cannot prevent God settings us free they can ask a price for it because God is just.
