9. Greetings Father, can you please explain the concept of vanquishing instinctuality within the natural man? I'm reading as part of engaging in the 'greater war' all the things that must be vanquished from man and I'm not understanding this one.

10. I'm terrible at keeping the faith. I keep promising God I would change and then return to the world and Sin Against him. I don't want to sound silly but is it the evil one telling me that God gets frustrated at my constant sinning?

17. Father, I have trouble. How can we accept to let evil continue un-opposed without judgement? I can't wait for everything to resolve itself before the lord. Maybe some of us have to take the L (and the just judgement of our father, the lord in heaven) and fight evil where it resides. Jesus told us to sell our cloaks and buy swords….

20. The difficulty I have found is there is one Orthodox church near me and little spoken in English.

    I have still attended, but even though the atmosphere is pleasant, three hours in Greek means I don’t take much of the message away. I’ve learnt some basic Greek but it’s not enough.

    I’ve mentioned to the priest my intention to be Orthodox, but there’s been little enthusiasm (which to me seems contrary to Christ’s teachings to bring people to repentance and faith) surely someone aspiring to do that would be of priority?

    It would help if there were more English speaking Orthodox churches established in the UK, otherwise people wishing to convert could feel rejected and disheartened.

22. I’m a Roman Catholic. We both come from common grounds. More so than a lot of Protestant churches in America. This was very potent and something my old priest would have said before he retired. May not be orthodox but when I saw this I was thinking very much about not only my relationship with God and Jesus, but with my own father as well. Got me thinking and praying. Thank you sir!
