It is absolute blasphemy to refer to Constantine and Helen as equal to the apostles. The apostles were specifically and directly appointed by Christ, given the power of binding and losing, and were eye-witnesses to his bodily resurrection. Constantine and Helen were not. See my video on Constantine. He was too pagan oriented to be an Orthodox saint.
