Some of us are unfortunate enough to have been there, it’s important to remember about god and find faith, in Christ, for me. In order to live properly, it’s important to atone for ones sins, but I’m not religious. I just don’t know what to do with all of the people which I have seen do wrong. Why is it that we can’t learn to pray at an early age. I begged god one time for the ability to pray. – and it is eventually it is worked out if you have true faith. Glory be to god.
As I recall, hell is God's presence, but experienced as darkness, due to the unforgiveness in our souls. Heaven and hell are the same reality experienced 2 different ways. Those who believe in the heresy of justification by faith alone have truly blasphemed against the holy spirit.

If I was going to hell because a god put mistrust, disillusionment and plain weariness towards a dozen organised religions insisting they’re the one true faith in my heart then I would rather take my chances with my own sense of right and wrong. That of: help anyone when asked(a hand up…not a hand out), avoid associating with unsavoury behaviour and bring your children up to respect themselves. I don’t need a god to show me how to do those things. Especially when I am threatened with everlasting agony.

What your describing sounds very similar to the notion of Purgatory. Not in name but in essence. I don't think that we Catholic's & Orthodox are as far apart on this as we are led to believe.
Hmm you say we will have a foretaste of hell before going to hell. I am not sure if this is accurate Mr Spyridon – Love your videos and feel really encouraged by them. There are many Christians that not only had a foretaste of hell but actually went to hell and were redeemed by Christ. I think I am a very precise person if I can be so I always encourage people to be the same.

Return to God now! Stop fooling yourself that you are saved. Especially if you still have one foot in hell. Start reading your Bible. The book of James is a good place to start.

I always cringe when here in America everyone says "He/she is in Heaven now" of like, anyone. I mean, HOW DO YOU KNOW??? It is only your idea, your desire, and your hope…But it just doesn't mean it is the truth. This view of God's judgment pretends to be very kind, but I think it is incredibly cruel. I can't imagine the torture of those who are in hell but are thought by all of their relatives and friends to be in heaven. It is like dancing on someone's deathbed, being joyous, while the person is really suffering. These departed never get the chance to at least get some help IF ONLY someone's mind crossed the idea that they actually might be in need.
Hell? You mean the 30 million people that prayed to God while rotting slowly to death in Stalin's gulags? Or the millions that died slowly in Hitler's camps?

I still don't get it. And maybe my human mind isn't meant to. But how is God love, And how is he so deeply compassionate and merciful, yet he sustains a place/state of eternal punishment? Even if someone at the end chooses to reject God, is this not a sign of brokenness? And did Jesus not come to heal fallen and broken man? I know these questions aren't new, but I'm yet to hear a compelling answer. (Also willing to admit I've been deaf to proper answers). I just don't know…

Believe it or not, what you are saying is very similar to the Islamic perspective of death, what happens in the middle, and then judgement day.
This is my whole problem with the Abrahamic religions. If this is true, then it would have been better to never have been born. If this is true, life isn't a blessing but a curse that you can't escape from without forcing yourself to believe something that doesn't make sense (for example, a God that creates people, knowing they won't believe in him and will end up being consigned to an eternity of torment, as he exists in all times and places–yet creates you anyway). If this is true and, as it says in the bible, 'most' people are on the road to Hell, then everyone should stop having children and stop creating eternal suffering for billions of people.
I was quite fine with not being born. There's no way life, for all its value, is worth an eternity of torment. Put it this way, if there was a casino that had an above 50 per cent chance that, if I lost, I would lose my house, my friends, my family, my money and then be tortured for all time, there's no way I'd ever go into that casino, regardless of what I could win. Yet you're born (against your will) and forced to play those ridiculous odds. What a horrible belief system. And doesn't 'Gospel' mean 'good news'? Considering there's no Hell mentioned in the Old Testament, how is Jesus coming along and introducing the idea that most of us will be tortured for all eternity 'good news'? Some of you must be easily pleased is all I'll say.
