This article’s aim is to present the Royal Path of Orthodoxy which falls not too far to the left, into slothfulness and ecumenism, or to the right, into over-strictness and divisiveness. Fr. Seraphim wrote this in response to attacks from the “super-correct” factions who, as Fr. Seraphim wrote, “wish to make everything absolutely ‘simple’ and ‘black and white.’” In their zeal for Orthodoxy, they were proclaiming that all new calendar churches were without grace, that Orthodox Christians joining their jurisdictions must be rebaptized, and other “super-correct” positions. Fr. Seraphim not only saw these views were not in step with the Royal Path, but that they created a novel “branch-theory” within Orthodoxy. In anguish and conviction, he penned writing this article attempting to rise above false dichotomies and worldly thinking, transmitting the mind of the Fathers for his day. This article is a guide for us not just on ecclesiastical matters, but in all of life, since our enemy wishes nothing more than to draw us away from the Royal Path, the Path that leads to Christ.

Fr Seraphim was deeply involved in collaborating with the moderate Old Calendarists as he was imitating his spiritual elder, St John who similarly advocated for the moderate Old Calendarists, leading to their eventual communion with ROCOR. He wrote this article specifically about the Holy Transfiguration Monastery which at that time I believe was in ROCOR. There are still many moderate old Calendarists to this day who continue on the royal path described here. Just read the Orthodox Word where he has Old Calendarists writers like Metropolitan Cyprian exposit the horrific struggle of the Romanian Old Calendarists.(vol. 7) Fr Seraphim was never in communion with world Orthodoxy

True orthodoxy no longer exist's in 2020, we have no example of a true Orthodox teacher to lead God's people to the Royal path. The sin's of our priest's have destroyed our church's and its people. St John Chrysostom wrote " The path to hell is paved with the bone's of priest's and monk's and the skull's of bishops are the lamp post's."
So what is that telling us.
St John Chrysostom baptised adult's in his time, not babie's.
Keep the 10 commandment's God said, keep the Sabbath day Holy, God said.
The Sabbath day was changed by the Roman Emperor Constantine 1st in the year 321 AD from Saturday to Sunday to keep the peace between christian's and pagan's. We Rest on a pagan sabbath day Sunday.
The Orthodox study Bible on PAGE 219 will show you the change of the Sabbath day.
Sabbath Day of rest is Saturday. We go to church to worship on Sunday, Christ has risen. Wake up my brothers and sister, you will never walk the Royal Path.
God said NO man will enter my Kingdom if he breaks ONE of the least of these commandment's and teachers others to do the same, will be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven. MATT 5:17
The Orthodox priests are teaching you that the Sabbath day of rest is Sunday.
How will you enter the Kingdom of Heaven with your Sin's. Being baptised as a baby does not mean you will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. Being washed of your sin's as an adult, you will be able to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus was an Adult when he was washed of his sin's NOT a baby, a baby has no sin's to wash but YOU DO.
The Orthodox Churches need to open there doors and state washing the sins of Adults before it is to late for you to enter the Kingdom of God.
Jesus said Most assuredly i say to you "unless one is born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God..
Our champion's of Christ have died in vain, all their work for nothing, this generation is LOST and cannot SEE. You all follow your LOST Priest.

Thank you. I wish to know if Mt Athos preserves its sainctity, I am a Catholic convert, but I am still struggling in my conversion, let me know if my hopes are not foolish, if there is no more holiness in Mount Athos would be very horrible for me. But let me know the truth anyway.
The Holy Mountain is grievously disturbed by the tendency of certain Orthodox hierarchs who have been invited to participate in Roman Catholic services, celebrations and processions, especially on the occasion of the return of holy relics. Conversely, we congratulate those hierarchs who have publicly expressed their alarm for the fulness of Orthodoxy.

We express our complete approval of what His All-Holiness. the Ecumenical Patriarch said during the visit of the Pope to Constantinople, namely that there exist various impediments between Orthodox and Roman Catholics: "First of all, we have serious theological problems which concern fundamental principles of the Christian faith" (Episkepsis, #221, Dec. 1, 1979, p. 17). These divergences in the principles of the Christian faith requires that we do not advance to participation in common liturgies and worship services before oneness of faith is attained. The mystical character of the kiss of peace during the divine Eucharist always presupposes harmony of faith: "Let us love one another that with one mind we may confess … " We cannot pray together, especially during the Divine Liturgy, when we do not believe in the same faith and are separated by fundamental questions of faith. Only an indifference to the faith could permit us to do so.

This concept of the royal path is.a very subtle and deeply profound in its impact on the way things are developing within Orthodoxy today.
Modernism is like a virus in itself spreading and multiplying surreptitiously throughout the Church. so subtle and destructive in nature like a creeping darkness trying to deprive the light of truth of the oxygen it needs by smothering it with ideas which challenge even the words of the Holy Fathers with subtleties.
