(Note that this is reposted comment from video Difference between christians and atheists )I am orthodox who doesn't celebrate saint(we have Saint Lazar and his day is Lazars Saturday or Vrbica)because of family and my grandgrandfather(if needed,I will say why) and my family is not for restarting of celebration.I didnt decide yet.So,I came here to ask some questions:
    1.Is that sin?(If is,how big that sin is)
    2.Is there a rule that orthodox family need to have a saint?(I heared different answers.)
    3.I remember your video about God's message to us and praying trought saint to Holy Spirit.So,is this a big problem?

14. I'm shocked that there's a Pope in Orthodox saints!! Anyways, nice video!! Love those drawings, this channel (along with Bible Illustrated Hands) is worthy of being introduced to my friends who are interested with the church. Even though I'm Catholic, I still see the Orthodox as a sibling of the Catholic church.

    It is easy not to believe, a most selfish of character but when faced with uncertainty and no one to turn too – faith can be only escape when most things are most dire and hopeless.

    I tell you this, do not lose hope for miracles can happen in most strangest of times and places. We are no perfect and our times are not easy, we can strive for better and hope for the best.

I study late antiquity/the early middle ages, and one saint that I'm particularly interested in is Saint Christopher, especially as he appears in the Eastern Orthodox tradition in which he is represented as a dog-headed man. It'd be really cool if you were to do a video on him!

27. 1:21 Looks like I am not the only one who is uncomfortable with Cyril of Alexandria's sainthood. I mean, the murder of Hypatia was one of the most embarassing moments of Christian history. The parallels between Saint Catherine of Alexandria and Hypatia are… interesting.
