2. Why does the Orthodox Church abhor cremation? Also why is the Orthodox Church not comfortable with cremation while the Roman and other churches see no problem with it?
   What about people lost at sea, fatalities of wars not recovered, victims of massive explosions or infernos and hypothetically caught in an atomic bomb blast where there are no remains? Is it beyond the capability of the Holy Spirit to reconstruct the molecules?

I have several friends who have been there (and were on Serbian National TV as part of the American choir composed of people from various Orthodox parishes in Colorado).    I have read about when people are dying they see a tall dark man in a corner, my grandpa saw this to, when I look it up stuff comes up about the angel of death(azrael) Though I can’t find a clear answer if it’s him or what’s going on, some people say he’s good and a guardian angel, some say he’s a fallen angel, others say he helps walk weak people to heaven. So if anyone could explain it to me I would be very thankful.

Since I believe you said in another video that you attend the church at the theological school in Belgrade I would like to ask if you know my friend Nenad Milosevic who is professor of liturgics there. The choir partially under his direction at that church sings in Byzantine style and this choir has toured many countries, including the United States. They went as far as California to perform for the Serbian bishop Maxim there. I was also wondering if you know bishop Maxim, a young, talented Serbian bishop. Thanks for your online ministry.

Example, a Catholic venerating Saint Nicholas the Passion Bearer and an Orthdox venerating Saint Jose Sanchez del Rio

It's interesting hearing about the lighter side of Serbia through you as I have only heard of Serbia when it comes to them being the trigger of the First world war and from the old Croatians I work with who if you mention a Serb/Serbia get pissed and grumpy at best on account of losing family members and witnessing all sorts of horrific things in the war.
    So before finding this Channel I had a negative view of Serbia. Thanks for fixing that, and teaching me about the Orthodox Church/Helping me become a better Christian.

26. 5:01 Jospahat Kuntsevych wasn't just an apostate. He persecuted and murdered orthodox people, he even got rebuked by the government for his extremely harsh persecutions, even by the standard of the 16th century. He commanded to open the graves of orthodox Christians and throw the remains for dogs to eat. There's a story he celebrated a liturgy after burning a nearby orthodox monastery and the screams of the people being burned alive were heard during liturgy. He was killed when he came to destroy some tents in which the orthodox were celebrating liturgy, he hurt a deacon and that was the last straw, the people got their revenge.
