9. Hey. I am also Oriental Orthodox (Ethiopian specifically) and I will tell you, we have the same faith as the Eastern Orthodox. The Wikipedia article is inaccurate. I believe that we will be the first two Christian denominations to reunite.

16. I really Hope we can achieve ecumenism we would have lots to learn from One another and It would Be a nice stepstone for a more open minded accepting and less autocratic Church.
    I personally do not "take up the banners" of neither, I am a selftaught Christian (it's a Long story and I usually never tell It to people because people usually do not believe me and I sometimes have my doubts to as the time passes) and do not partake in any particolar Rite nor latin nor orthodox I just try to follow the examples of people that I think were wiser than me regardless of they being orthodox catholic protestants or whatever.
    I personally regard myself as a deist of Christian tradition (I believe in God I believe in Christ but I also believe that Is impossible that God in his Infinite love and wisdom could have said "I really like these guys here in palestine gonna make them my people screw all others that Aren't them and not even know what the fuck a palestine is" and believe insightful and illuminated teaching Can come from any great soul) or Simply a Christian some time when people Ask me of what denomination I simply answer Calcedonian…
    anyhow I alwais had a fascination with oriental europe and me being a scholar of History and tradition I often came in contact and did research on the orthodox world It have alwais captivated both my interest sympathy and as said fascination even more After my trip to Greece wich even if short (One week) made my fall in love with the great aura of intertwinded Christian and Pagan mysticism of the greek people and country (also i'm a great eastern Roman enthusiat).
    So let's Hope One day we Will achieve fraternity and abandon our Petty particularisms be them religious or political (go Europe) and Be One loving people, maybe we could even put to practice that food old pentarchy that never left the drawing board!

19. What is your opinion regarding Protestants in general, or the general Orthodox Christian position on Protestants? I guess what I'm trying to ask is: Does the Orthodox Church consider Protestants to be valid Christians? I've heard varying opinions on this. Just asking out of curiosity.
