Recipe: Hummus

Serves: 4-6
Difficulty Level: 2

Ingredients:
1(15-oz) can chickpeas or 1 ½ cups cooked chickpeas
¼ cup fresh lemon juice (1 large lemon)
1 small garlic clove, minced
½ tsp ground cumin
salt to taste
2-3 tbsp water
dash ground paprika, for serving

Directions:
1. Put all items in blender except water
2. Blend
3. Use water to thin the consistency after the first blending
