Are you saying that a demon told Abraham to sacrifice Isaac? There were absolutely times when God told people to kill, and God was entirely right in doing so. In the example of Abraham and Isaac, God did it for two reasons (that I know of). First was the obvious one, to test Abraham's faith. Abraham knew that God was merciful and had promised him descendents through Isaac, so he trusted God's judgement. The second was so that God could stop him, displaying the truth that He will not accept the sacrifice of anyone's son except His own.
That was not a command by a demon.
But Boyan,
most atheists WOULD call the police, because it's the right thing to do not because we're scared of god
The only time I would consider murder would be self-defense. This is the only life I have and if somebody would try to take that away I wouldn't hesitate in fighting back
I just realized that the quote on the tablet "Evil God" (0:31) is holding is a quote from Satan. It's what Satan said to God when he was arguing that Job would lose his faith if his health deteriorated.
Your videos are brilliant. Thank you!
What!?
I think your working on some big false assumptions
Thou shalt not murder
There is a story in Chasidic Judaism that I am reminded of:
A Chasidic Rabbi is teaching his students. During the lesson, the Rabbi says we should appreciate all of G-d's creation, for G-d created all things to teach us a lesson. One of the students, perhaps too clever for his own good, asked: "What of the atheists? Why did G-d create them?" The Rabbi smiled and responded:
"Atheists teach us ultimate compassion. Say an atheist does something good; they visits the sick, helps the poor, comforts his friend or family, etc., they do so solely on their own. They do not do so because of a religion. They do not believe a god has commanded them to do so, because they don't believe in any gods." The Rabbi allowed his students a moment to whisper to themselves and digest this information.
"So," the Rabbi continued, "if someone comes to you and ask for help, do not say 'I will pray for you,' instead, for just a moment, become an atheist. Think that there is no G-d who can help, no G-d who commands you to help, and then help them anyways."
O God, bless this man who made this video. Hallelujah!
0:43 is that manny calevera
Bojan, are you a monk? Are you a priest? I wonder.
Your religious man

Back ground info that might be helpful or maybe not. Oak ridge is where the first phase of the atomic bomb was produced and lots of work was available during World War II. By the way an excellent OCA church St. Anne is there in Oak Ridge.
My father is an Atheist for the reason that the church and its past within the Old Testament is Guilty of Genocide torture and also can see that it’s main prophets practiced polygamy and also went to war in the Name of God Stole in the name of God example would be Abraham Jacob David and Solomon who even practiced the Arts of Black magic and Occult I try to Explain Jesus was non of this but he claims Jesus is from the line and Hose of David that the Vergin birth is a hoax and the responsable was a Rabbi that was the father and from this Jesus story was built on a Lie but a very good Lie what to respond to this accusation???
I'm an atheist myself but I love your videos. I don't really see the world in a negative annihilistic matter, the thought of everything going dark after my death makes me motivated to live my life to the fullest. I try to live my life full of good deeds, not because of heaven/hell but because of the people I share this planet with. People suffering because of me is a far more scary thought than any possible damnation I can think of in afterlife.
Cinda, but I have other moral argument:
1. God doesn't exist. Life is meaningless in of itself, and it's up to us to make this one existance the best we can for us and for each other.
2. God is evil. We have 80 or so years and then torment forever. Then he is not wordy of worship.
3. God exist and he is good. No need to worry, be the best you can
God told us not to murder, not to abstain from killing. Killing is necessary. Remember that Christ told his Apostles to carry swords for self defense.
I've always heard it as though shalt not murder. Does that mean yall think it's a sin to kill in self defense or in war?
Your third mesh isn't all that different from the second. One could argue that if the society that set your laws did so dogmatically, they would be one in the same, with your government simply substituting as your religion. Likewise if the religion expressed by your government directly clashed with the laws of your own religion, you would also be a two mesh morality because you would remain faithful to the law of the one true king.
Disappointed. The third layer says we shouldn't sin because we fear hell? Because he's afraid to sin? How about because the perfect God with His perfect moral nature tells us not to do it and we follow Him? Is fear of hell a motivation to loving God? Maybe. But does it really get the loving relationship that Jesus desires? No. How about we do it out of love for Him out of a fearful respect of Him? Not out of fear of the consequences such as hell or a fear of the sin itself.
I don't believe in atheists. How can you not believe in something you cannot prove does not exist? However, if there actually is an atheist, somebody who in his heart of hearts believes unquestionably that God does not exist, then that must be a person of great faith (albeit, of misplaced faith). 🙂

good.
good to see that you understand that old testament is full of psychotic episodes.
There is a channel on YouTube and I noticed that you used his logo. He is an atheist and he has even gone after vegans and called us a cult. I have been vegan for 12 years and it's not a cult it's a lifestyle choice.
I really like the way the concept of right, wrong, and atheism was illustrated in Dostoevsky's "Crime and punishment". The plot basically shows that it is one thing to intellectually believe and proclaim that there is no absolute divine moral standard and therefore everyone can act based on logic, common sense and personal experience (as long as they can evade problems with the law); however, it is a completely different thing to actually act on that belief and put it into practice. The protagonist tries to do so, by killing a person whom he genuinely considers evil and worthless, and expects to feel no remorse whatsoever. However, it does not work like that. His conscience kicks in, and while on the surface he tries not to get caught, he subconsciously does exactly the opposite, leaving clues everywhere for the police and everyone else to find. Verbally denying the existence of an entity that transcends humanity and sets a common, external standard for love and morality will not make it go away. Acting as if it did not exist will not make it go away either. Atheists say many things, but then most of them do not act consistently with what they say… they act as if they have faith, at least a little bit of it.
Niilism is an one way to depression, if you see those who live by a rule set and have a meaning in life are the people that you most look upon.
0:30. No. The best case scenario for an atheist where God exists isn't god being evil. Its God being good and universalism being true. That way, we get eternal bliss same as everyone else without needing to set an alarm on Sunday morning. 2:20 abstaining from murder because you fear hell isn't that different from abstaining from murder because you fear jail. Its just that if you believe in hell, then the penalty for murder is higher, and you can't get out of paying it by disposing of the evidence in a cunning fashion and hiring a good lawyer.
So this is ur video and ur super entitled to ur opinion.
But atheists are just not convinced that any god exists. Their thoughts on morality, suffering, and the like are based on other philosophies and cultural beliefs.
So saying that “atheists believe this about suffering, morality, etc” is not accurate.
Ask 100 atheists you’ll get 100 answers for ur questions. Only 1 answer u can know is that they won’t be convinced of any god.
Atheists act like suffering comes from God only, but ignore how in Genesis we have a fallen nature because of Adam and Eve's action.
I often find that people who think God tells them to do something don't check the basic commandments first. God will never tell you to do something that breaks his commandments or makes you or loved ones sin. Kinda like the 90 day fiance guy who wanted multiple wives because God told him to. He forced his wife to sin and lie during the divorce proceedings and he continued to lie to family and children. A good example of God not actually telling someone to do something, but someone using God as an excuse to pursue lustful intentions.
