He also discusses many impactful experiences that he lived at the feet of Elder Joseph of Vatopedi, which allowed him to see first hand what it means live a sanctified life. Finally, he talks about how the faithful should not fear receiving Holy Communion, as it is not a source of infection but rather a source of healing.
