Great theme !
It is the second priest I watch here talking about C.S. Lewis works. So I realize that there are many common aspects between Christians that must be considered. One must begin to travel in these ways before decide greater steps on the comprehension of orthodoxy.

Am I the only one seeing a white outline?
The Jedi took many true and solid aspects from the Force, from other Force practitioners, and that helped to build who they are. Cs Lewis had so much of God to teach every kind of christian…more specifically the ones wgo eagerly awaits His return, geting rid of every temporary seductive deception of the flesh. Im protestant and i love the great saints of Orthodoxy, the stories of the mad for Christ, Seraphim of Sarov, and the deification doctrine. I dont" fear" other sects anymore, Holy Spirit is the one who give us direction, and He does that better than our parents did🍞🍷

Does Christ want his followers to look like sloppy, San Francisco like, Hippies? God forbid. Really gross.

One who reads common history of The Church of the first millennia with open heart would most likely end up in Orthodoxy… Fact.
Former Atheist here, about a month ago I became to believe the Gospel. Just started my journey, but I find myself to be more in agreement with orthodoxy than catholicism. Keep up the good work Protecting Veil!
Sigh. If Doctor Overbeck had been treated fairly by the newspapers as a legitimate third option in the Tractarian debates, Lewis, Chesterton and Tolkien would have been able to confront the Orthodox argument themselves more properly, and perhaps been convinced that Orthodoxy is the True fulfillment of the Catholic faith they held so dearly. They had Orthodox souls in spite of Rome and Canterbury’s errors.
Same for me.
