12. Father i am a brand new convert.. Both my wife and i were baptized on Palm Sunday…we were both raised in a Pentecostal church….i am tatooed and i have two tatoos on my right hand….i feel inspired to work towards deacon even priesthood but i am told that i am disqualified because i have tatoos from serving in the altar….i said if i was raised in Orthodox i would not have these stupid tatoos…i am called to be an evangelist….my name is Phillip….does the Orthodox church allow lay evangelists ?

When we repent of our sins and humbly ask our Heavenly Father to fill with His Holy Spirit in the name of Yahshua,Yahweh Father will fill us with His Spirit and make our lives fruitful. Yahweh Father loves us so much and saved us by sending His Son Yahshua to make atonement for us who were dead in sin. Yahshua Messiah redeemed us through His sacrificial death on the cross and by His glorious resurrection. Leviticus ch.17v11,says,It is the blood that makes atonement for ones life.
