Father, While I agree on the concept of having a sin or a disease there are situations when the difference is part of the identity and trying to separate it from ourselves makes part of our creation into a pathology. Specifically, in the neurodiverse community, we tend to identify as being Autistic or Dyslexic or the like as it is an intrinsic part of how we were created to be, and not a problem to be fixed.
This conversation reminds me of the Greek philosopher Aristotle when he spoke of substance and accidents. So if I heard you right, in this context we should think we are fundamentally good because we are created in Gods image and likeness, though we sin this is due to the fall , but sin is not fundamental to who I am,
