Great work and also great interview. Thank you! π
Thank you – so well expressed.
The Fall from the garden of Eden is due to the pride of humans towards the Lord that led to disobedience. If we look at our behavior right now is once again our pride that keeps us away from our Saviour. Trying to adjust our worshipping to our own measurements indicates our persistence to our pride and resistance to becoming humbled to the Will of Jesus our Lord and Saviour. It is the apostolic traditions and teachings since the Church was established back 2021 years ago that gives us the right way of worshipping in order to stay in communion with our Lord. Nothing thereafter. Orthodoxy is the one preserving that tradition and teaching unchanged.
My journey is from islam to Protestant to now realising that the faith I claim to be apart of I do not know. By the grace of God I am now seeking to become Orthodox, I am currently coming to terms with the desecration of the faith by the era of enlightenment to make it more to taste with the atheism of that time and the falling away by reason of unreasonableness from man thinking he was more reasonable than God!
A very helpful interview. Iβve shared it with my family.
A clearly articulated talk about the path to salvation.
The rotoscope effect was kinda weird tho π
I like people that can see the Church from an angle, not just the facade of the ritual, the conformity to tradition (nothing wrong it's a beautiful and necessary aspect) But sometimes when looking sideways you get glimpses of the Light that is in it's core, what is essential, what informs all the rites and traditions, that elusive Light of understanding of the two ways (Light and death) as something eternally real, full of hope, wonder and fear of the Lord.
The cartoonish overlay to the interviewer, I find distracting.
Superb interview, I love the freshness of Paulβs view of the Faith. Converts have so much to teach us
Well spoken.
Wow!
This is a great section to share, but even better is the entire unedited video. Thanks for this interview!
Nice!
