This is the fourth episode from my interview with Orthodox Protopresbyter, professor, and podcaster, Fr. Theodore Petrides.
Fr. Theodore is pastor of St.s Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church in Reading, PA. He has taught pastoral care at St. Tikhon’s Orthodox Seminary, collaborated on the Orthodox Study Bible, and produces the podcast “Signs in Our Times” on Ancient Faith Radio.
In this episode, Fr. Theodore discusses how everyone has something, some talent, to offer and to serve the Church.

Wonderful testemony Father.
Beautiful. This was very encouraging to me as a singer and musician; however, as Father Petrides stated, we can not idolize entertainment or make it our purpose. While we all may have certain passions such as music or art or film, there is a danger in focusing to much on our passions rather than God. Our life as orthodox christian must revolve around the eucharist and the divine liturgy.
